Rigged contests is a very serious accusation. I for one (I know I can speak for the whole team here) say we do everything within our power to make sure this doesn't happen.
If you think there is cheating happening the best thing to do is send a ticket to support along with the evidence you have gathered. Like Big_Daddy_Tank as said above me "you need to take the right course of action".
