Scouting

I fulfill my duty as a scout in a same way as heavy is suposed to make as more damage as he can. What I need to do as a scout to earn better rank, more credits and experience ? Isn't scout special unit in a team and deserves special system of scoring.
Maybe this theme was before but I couldn't find it.
