Playing in random battles means your putting yourself at the mercy of other team mates.
Sometimes there is very good coordination amongst the team but other times the communication rate is very poor.
I would agree with the above post and that is if you would like to increase your win ratio then join platoons or TC and gather a clan together.
However, randoms can be fun depending on the teams.
