How to report a post

I thought I would take a little time and write you a quick and easy guide on how to report a post to the moderators.
Ok so what happens, You are happily reading through a topic and you see something rather offensive! (Please bare in mind that this is for forum matters only!)
Below you will see what the post looks like:
If you find a post that's offensive (Click the report button highlighted with a red circle) The you will be taken to a window that looks like this:
In the box that has this text "Your text goes here" Please include what was offensive about the post and why, please include as much detail as possible and what rule violation the author broke.
All you need to do then is click the submit button and thats it report done!
