Mostly coz of the famous 83mm HE shell affair... The thread was up for more then 5 days when finally someone competent make an apearance on the 20th page...

The regular [Let's share] topics in the development section of the boards are a good step forward when it comes to keeping players informed, now they'll have to show their faces more (and make sure their posts are more easily found). Two places where they really need to step up their presence is the Player Suggestion forum. There is no indication whatsoever that our suggestions are even read. WG spends quite a lot of resources on the localised forums, they seem to forget that the "main" (English) forums reach a much larger chunk of the community. Yet it seems to be ignored.
Ectar is doing a good job (mostly), but they still seem to be understaffed when it comes to English speaking community management.
p.s.: who cares about RU players profiting from shell price changes? Does it influence your gameplay on EU? If not, why complain? Did you lose gold? No. Give it a rest already, WG didn't take anything away from you, you just didn't get what you didn't deserve in the first place.

This is something we are looking to improve on and constantly doing.
However, as the forums grow the visibility factor for community coordinators and community managers is also diminished.
We all try and actively post and be as visible as possible within various parts of the forums, but as previously mentioned as the sections of the forums grow ....

Ectar is rather an happy chappy and really cares for the community and the game has we all do, he even tries to work when he isn't working if you know what I mean.
He deserves the praise, you guys give him. Sometimes the job is very difficult, and at other times it is very rewarding
But as a community team we all remain positive and and will constantly try our best to improve for you guys.

I don't want to blame one person for this, but does any of you feel like a valued customer?
- Support that never helped with any of my questions. They're always so very sorry to let me down, but they still do.
- Moderators that warn/ban paying customers for the slightest accidental offense.
- A total lack of communication at times.
- The feeling that whatever good suggestion is being posted, it will never be implemented.
No reason to celebrate at all.

If you have any questions please pm Ectar or myself we will always try help.
However if it is forums issues you have been having difficulty with support normally refer players to the community coordinators as they deal with in game issues and tech.
Moderators are they to enforce the forum rules and if they are broken there is normally a sanction issued, however if you have any appeals about sanctions you can always take them up with Mr_Kubrick.
