You can retrieve a mis sold premium tank As Ectar as talked about in his topic here.
However, as Ectar said " we are now able to grant a one time only restoration for Premium tanks." Which means you only have once chance per account
Follow the links to support and write a ticket, however if you need step and guidance and writing a ticket here is a rough guide if you have never wrote one before.
