WG should never store the passwords, only the hashes.

For those saying it takes a lot of power to crack passwords, the truth of the matter is that these days you don't "crack" passwords, you tend to build rainbow charts.  If the email and passwords are hashed and then a hash generated from the combination then that makes "cracking" a LOT harder to do.  I have never looked at the type of crypto that WG uses, but I would hope that it should be fairly strong.
