I also like the idea of sanctioning misbehaviour, but I sincerely hope there won't be much need of this because it's more fun when there is more people.
Thus I help popluarize these events in my own way - when I see the news I post a message on my clan chat and also let my old clan friends know about it going live.
Most of them do know English, so reading rules is not a problem, and to those who don't know English I explain rules in our language so no "accidents" can happen.
Even though I might regret this   , I was just wondering if you tried driving your Type with Quality Oil and/or Removed Speed Governor?
