If you wish to post a tutorial in guides and & tutorials that isn't a problem at all although it maybe a little pointless
But if you
would like to post it here that would be better.
As for the question of pdf guide it would be better if you make it in a post in here as there are alternative plans for the winning guides.
I believe they will be moved to game guides and tutorials in a specific topic and pinned for the use of of everyone, the reason why we launched the competition is to help you (the community) to help others.
With a game guide wrote by gamers, we feel it is the best way to help you use the vast experience you all have to educate new players
