The rules will be amended and made a little more clear for the next set contests, but out of all the 5 previous that as been run this hasn't been a problem.
But as this as appeared it will be rectified for the next competition and made more clear for all to see.
However its not all bad from seeing this happen this evening it as gave me a good idea for another type of contest expect to see it make an appearance soon

I think it would also be nice if you would think up something you (or we) could do to prevent party poopers from.....doing what their name says they do!
E.g. you shoot at others even though it's prohibited - you are immediately excluded from getting reward and participating in next x contest(s). We really don't need (nor like) people who mislead others, play on their own, break rules and do everything in their power to ruin a nice and sweet little contest for others!
