Weak points of Advance Matchmaking and lack of Wargaming support from clans

Block Quote According to game rules when you are playing in modes such as
advance and skirmish as a group of players, the game's matchmaking
should match the two team that facing each other with an average
personal rating of their players in each team.
Block Quote How do you define “Skill” and what is Equal Skill in general ?!
Block Quote But unfortunately all the teams that we are facing off are one of the tops clans in the game and most of the time have a higher average personal rating. For example, our player's average personal rating is about 6000 but they are about 8000.
Block Quote wargaming should make the matchmaking fair so we can participate in the game
Block Quote Why wargaming matchmaking system is not working as it should be by the average personal rating of the teams
Block Quote Why the game support is not committed and respondent to their own rules in the first place and want us to discuss it through forums
Block Quote If the current system of the matchmaking that stands for the personal rating of players have bugs and cannot work properly, the matchmaking system can be based on ELO rating of the teams like global map and Campaigns.

HeatResistantBFG: Yes, it says that, it then also says that if an appropriate
team can't be found in X quickly enough then it'll put you against
a random team, thank you for posting a screenshot showing this
wording

Block Quote How do you define “Skill” and what is Equal Skill in general ?!
HeatResistantBFG: It may be written somewhere but not going to claim off the
top of my head I know an exact formula, but if I was to guess a
combo of WTRs + Clan rating and things like that play a big part in
defining this.
Block Quote But unfortunately all the teams that we are facing off are one of the tops clans in the game and most of the time have a higher average personal rating. For example, our player's average personal rating is about 6000 but they are about 8000.
HeatResistantBFG: So as the image you posted states, "if a similar team can't
be found it'll match you with a random team" and as this is a
competitive mode that will mostly gain interest from better or
wanting to improve players it'd make sense that there will be a
relatively high rating where the curve of people taking part's WTR
peaks, judging from your screenshots I'd say it's around 8k. So it
would make sense that once you hit the random MM you come across
this more.
Block Quote wargaming should make the matchmaking fair so we can participate in the game
HeatResistantBFG: Currently, teams are matched as close as possible by ability,
and if no game can be found it becomes random... if you are in the
top 50% you will statistically match against weaker teams more
often than not and if you're in the bottom 50% you'll statistically
match against stronger teams more often than not. It is as fair as
it can be currently, but of course, we're open to any suggestions

Block Quote Why wargaming matchmaking system is not working as it should be by the average personal rating of the teams
HeatResistantBFG: It is working, in the image you posted and underlined it
outlined that it will find a random opponent if it can't find one
similarly matched
Block Quote Why the game support is not committed and respondent to their own rules in the first place and want us to discuss it through forums
HeatResistantBFG: Well Customer Support can't help you, so not sure what you
think they can or should do? If your clan needed a commander change
or something like that then they're your go-to, but what you're
talking about is (to you) faults in the game design, and that isn't
an area for customer support. So here, discord, Reddit, Instagram
etc etc (easiest here or discord though) are the places to come to
engage with us on it.
Block Quote If the current system of the matchmaking that stands for the personal rating of players have bugs and cannot work properly, the matchmaking system can be based on ELO rating of the teams like global map and Campaigns.
HeatResistantBFG: I would guess this would change nothing, as the "If no
opponent can be found, you'll be matched against a random team"
will need to stay to avoid long queue times and such things.
I'm not an expert on comp, so I'll certainly ask some of our more comp Savvy to come and provide their opinion/knowledge
