WG politics: harrasement is fine, but getting angry about it = chatban

The reply is that an automated system tracks this pushing and shoving and knows when it is harrasement or just to people standing beside each other rubbing by accident. It will eventually punish the player. Ofcourse, this would mean that ALL games are being tracked by a highly skilled AI that knows what is intentional and not, highly unlikely seeing how much processing this would take and how almost impossible this would be to accomplish. Or in short: a blatant lie to hush you up.   So, swearing in chat because you get harased is bad, harrasing is fine. How can we chance the way this is handled? it is just hghly unrespectful to the players

That can be chat or whatever is in the replay... 2 birds with one stone as they say.   You should however make sure that if you are sending in a replay in a ticket, you do it in a respectful tone and in a civil way. Would you care about the ticket if your being told WG is a bunch of nasty words or would you simply trash bin the ticket, send a generic reply and move on to another perhaps more sensible ticket? Given support probably deals with this a lot you can imagine the people looking at these tickets tire of it pretty quickly
