So if you have a game challenge with anyone ALWAYS insist that it
takes place on an update day, before 2pm just to be sure Big
updates like the 1.13 nerf can exclude cheaters for 5+ days
ATM the game is absolutely infested with them, Wargaming have
basically lost control of the situation I should be doing
other stuff this AM but I'm going to enjoy a few cheat-free hours
of gaming insteadHeatResistantBFG: The HE change wasn't a nerf, it rewarded skill and aiming and
no longer rewarded just firing HE with no aiming or skill used...
Hence things like HESH becoming much stronger when used
right. And the game has very few cheaters... do you have
any proof of this "infestation"?

performance graphs and if the xp and dpg show large stepped
increases, very likely using an illegal mod. The steps coincide
with wot updates where the mod is lost until the developer uodates
it.HeatResistantBFG: If someone's stats suddenly change like that a mod/hack/cheat
is very unlikely to do that, as many good players will point out,
anyone can shoot but it's positioning and decision making that
makes the best players the best. There is no mod/cheat/hack for
this, more than likely it would be someone else playing on their
account.

The response from CS was basically we have a system in place. So the question, has WG’s policy changed or was this never the policy in the first place.
HeatResistantBFG: Can't say I'm aware of the example you mention, but policy
has not really changed but communication perhaps has
If a CC had this
issue now, we'd (Myself and Dwigt) ask them to come to us with
it and we'd help make sure correct action is taken. And it is
highly possible that action was taken, but of course we can't share
internal procedures or actions, although the communication
around this can be lacking from time to time and we will always do
our best to improve this where and when we can.
