Unlocked all Tier T10 Tanks inc. Artys in WoT

HeatResistantBFG:  To my knowledge, the cost ends up being on the player, and so making a lot of players pay $$$s in import charges to reward them is sort of counter productive... "Here have this thing and now pay $$$s to receive it" ... not a great result. So then we'd have to restrict to players only within a certain shipping zone, but that's unfair to the players outside of that zone. So there is complications, but as i said it's still an interesting area to look into, maybe a solution can be found
