still faster than light tank, has better dpm and slightly less view
range and camo... all I wanted is at least semi decent buff to t92,
10 more kmph top speed and buff to HE shell dmg to 230 and pen to
65.

Also not saying it doesn't deserve
some love nor saying it does Just saying you compared the DPM
of a light tank to a medium tank and a fairer comparison is a light
to light, and on raw DPM it is upper middle for AP and middle for
HE. And there are many medium tanks that are as fast, faster
or similarly fast to lights. The KPZ is very good at countering
lights so it isn't really a fair thing to compare to, hence
sticking with lights
