able and allowed to tank to his teammates. And friendly fire
off. After all this time now, i have come to the point where i can judge if like the settings or not.
Why can't i write to my opponents? Because once in a while, someone who doesn't like or understand my playing reports my position to the enemy team? Yeah well, it happened to me once in a while as well. But ... how often? 1 out of 50 games? Was it so bad? I have to clearly say no. It bothers me much more, that i am not able to write to the enemy team, if i see a clanmate or friend on the opposite team.
Even if you'd say that it so horrible, and there is nothing that can be done except censorship the whole chat (wich is pretty embarrassing for WG btw), why is this chat also disabled in advances, clanwars etc? Ridiculous!
Let the people write to each other. We are all isolated with this corona plaque. Dialoge is important. Even if there is an idiot once in a while (which could automaticaly get banned for x games when engine detectes position reporting)
ANd friendly fire is also important. Bring that back!

any other online game on the planet. Why is this needed again? Why
am i not allowed to know against or with whom i play? I mean, it#s
not that there is the real name, address and phone number ...I find ff important tbh, for more realistic gameplay. Arties just randomly pound in a brawl no matter what. People just drive right in front of ya, so you can't get the kill / shoot damage / whatever. But well, some like it, some not. Why can't we have both?
Server 1: ff and chat on, anonmiser off
Server 2:
Server 3:
you get the picture

polite opponents said GG and WP often. My favorite memry in
any game ive ever played was in WOT I was a touch boozy on a
Friday night listening to some music in the background happily
blowing enemies up, and I typed in cross chat, "daddy, daddy cool,
the enemy replied "she's crazy like a fool" "we replied daddy,
daddy cool, daddy daddy cool....the whole game erupted into us and
the enemy typing the lyrics to Boney M's daddy cool funniest
thing ever and so heart warming Being able to team
kill meant that you could deliver street justice to certain team
mates for doing or not doing incredibly stupid things, we'd get the
odd nincompoop come onto the forums now and then saying why do i
keep getting teamkilled, the answer would asway be, what are you
doing wrong to make your team kill you? it was something
that i did very very rarely but still on some very rare occasions i
did arty my light tanker team amtes for red line camping in a light
tnak....it seems that this was the only language they could
understand. "pixel street justice"HeatResistantBFG:
"Why can't we have team damage... it was great for handing out my definition of justice on players so I could ruin their game because I felt like they are ruining mine"
Nice of you to answer yourself

Like, if you team damage your local scout every match, you will get banned or something like that? :-) 08:39 Added after 2 minute It's always the same with you winers.
Oh god, last christmas some guy shot me because i was not yolo scouting. We gotta remove friendly fire or otherwise, the whole game is crap
Oh, some joker revealed my position to the enemy. That happens every round, but just always only in my team, so i always lose the match. We have to censorship this. And even in clanwars, because clanmembers tend to do that as well ....

So your arguments for these things are that "Screw the people it happens to, we can just punish those who do it after", which is just punishing the bad thing rather than preventing the bad thing. Also, say there are 1 million games a day, even at 1 in 50 that would be 20,000 times a day. So rather than stop at least 280,000 peoples game be ruined (the 14 other teammates per game + potentially people on the other team who'd have rather have had a fair fight) per day, you'd have us try and find the 20,000 people to be punished a day. This seems like a terrible idea and I know I'd rather lose my ability to say GG in all chat knowing it means so many fewer games are going to be ruined/griefed. And on top of that, your reasons for having it aren't really stopped, they're just made a bit "longer"? So to message a clan mate you could easily alt-tab and message on discord/TeamSpeak/etc or just at the end of the game message them in-game/clan chat, and if you feel someone deserves a GG you can do that too.
