My tank after dying looks like this https://ibb.co/nc9GVXc This seems to happen only to my tank once destroyed (not a big deal) and enemy tanks that I kill (quite annoying since I keep thinking they are targets)

Do you have the software "Overwolf" Installed by any chance? If so try closing it and then deleting file "mod_ow.pyc" found in res_mods\1.11.0.0\scripts\client\gui\mods.
If this sorts it please let me know and send me your WGC logs and Python Logs, please And anyone else who has had this issue.
