Personal Missions are NOT Personal! Remove Platoon missions!

Grimbru: Look guys, I do appreciate that a large portion of you are upset about the Platoon requirements. As always this is being fed back to the developers.   But for the moment, I can't guarantee any changes. I can't even tell you if it's likely or not.   Having had a few hours sleep and the benefit of a fresh state of mind, perhaps my last post was a little flippant and dismissive. I apologise for that. However, I really do honestly think that experiencing games with other players is what makes online games great. When you ask most people that play online games about what made them stay, what the best experiences they had were, they will tell you that it was a shared experience with another human being. Whether that be a clan, a platoon, a guild, whatever. I passionately believe that the human element of multiplayer gaming is it's strength. If not we could be playing a single player game against 1's and 0's. Personally I wouldn't change the requirement. But then I don't make the decisions about this kind of thing.   All I can say for certain is that your feedback on this is being recorded and listened to. Since I can't remove the platoon requirement, all I can do is encourage you to actually give it a try. To Facilitate this, we have threads and sub-forums here to help you find platoon mates. We even have players and clans that are willing to help such as [W-UNI] and Sir Havoc. You even have the option to join the Teamspeak and have a laugh! What's more, I'm often in there myself. So if you want I may be able to help you personally.   Or you can just drop in and call me names, up to you.
