Every mission disappeared

Grimbru:   Well, the forums are not monitored only by us in the Community Team. In fact the problem had happened and was fixed before the Community Team even got in the office, so surely that tells you that yes, Customer Support, forum moderation etc were working and did their jobs as you rightly say they should. :)

Grimbru:   OK guys, so back on track and regarding this question, I have some further information.   The in-game missions and discounts appear to have gone down at roughly 6am CEST and were reactivated at roughly 10am CEST. At this point it's not looking very probable that any mission progress can be restored, however any purchase that was made that should have been discounted (crew skill training for example) can be dealt with by our Customer Support Team.   Simply create a ticket with information about your purchase such as, the time of the purchase and what the purchase was, and CS will look into either refunding or applying the correct discount retroactively.   Once again, I apologise that I can only offer you the information as I get it, and for the inconvenience this has caused you all.   All the best, -Grimbru
