SU-130PM, the Soviet Hunter

Gepard_PH:   SU-130 PM was available for purchase from day 1 of the Winter Challenge marathon. We're simply bringing it back to the shop so that players who didn't have an opportunity (or possibility) to get it in December can do so now, if they want to.   There should be no surprise here, it's how things have been for a long time and currently we're not planning to change it. We will continue to give players chances to purchase tanks missing from their collection. Some tanks will reappear sooner, some later, some maybe will never get this chance (so no promises here). There is nothing appalling about it, but of course, you have a right to your own opinion.
