Falathi: Guys, just a short reminder here: we`re still in the process of testing the changes to the game mechanics of the HE shells. All the tested changes are not final and are not guaranteed to be introduced.  Second, there are few tanks that really rely on derp guns ( KV-2, FV 215 183, Hetzer come to mind right away ) - and they will most likely still stand out even if changes are introduced so that they could use derp guns effectively. In any case, we`ll keep you informed about further steps regarding the HE shells and general ammo rebalance
