Falathi: IF they will be hard nerfed. It is a possibility, but as long
as it`s open to testing I wouldn`t consider it as 100% confirmed to
arrive. Not to mention that of all the changes, adjustments and
overhauls tested in the Sandbox many were scrapped after
testing.
