Falathi: Hi guys, in short: yes, some numbers are blocked for
selection and cannot be used.
The reason, as mentioned by some people here is that these particular numbers got some meaning attached to them and are primarily used because of this. Also, the meaning of such numbers is disturbing, offensive or both so we really don`t want them to be used, for trolling or other purposes.
Frankly, it is a shame as many symbols have been absorbed by radical groups and have lost their meaning. For example, before rise of Hitler swastika was a pretty common and perfectly normal sign. Now, even if you wanted to use it for something neutral you actually can`t because of its political charge, at least in Europe and the Western world in general.
