Erissa:   You are right in stating that this is a problem that can't be solved over night. What we identified that had to be changed is how reporting system works. Change how that system works also meant that Support would deal with reports efficiently, which is why they keep raising the awareness that this option exists through their ticket replies and that players have to use it. Sadly, not giving the information as to how many/who is banned can make the players believe nothing has been done whereas that's not the case. I am sorry you've been treated like this in-game by a fellow player but I encourage you to get in touch with the Support team (especially if Garage chat is in question) and provide them with necessary information such as nickname/time/date so they could take action.

Erissa:   Hmm what's wrong if these kids as you named players with lower win ratio, play the game? You have to realize that not every player out there will be over 50% win ratio, not every player aims to be over 50% and are only "playing for fun" and perhaps instead getting angry and having a go at them - you could perhaps offer to help them become better? Just a thought.:)
