Erissa: Unfortunately merging accounts is not possible, nor the
transfer of the account from one region to another. You are welcome
to get in touch with our Support team and see what they will tell
you, but before doing so please check out this knowledge
base article. Please don't steer this topic away from
what the op was asking for, there is no need for that.
