Drowning, the current punishment is just not stopping it

Ectar: My thoughts on the matter? - It's fine as it is. The enemy
team doing anything to deny you a kill. Be it drowning their tank,
be it running away or hiding behind a rock in the closing seconds
on a battle and not coming out to die, be it blocking you in
the closing seconds of a battle from getting a kill shot on one of
their team mates when the timer is almost out - Or anything else
like that: All perfectly legit and ok tactics.
Get this clear in your heads. The enemy team owes you zero favours
whatsoever. In a random battle their job is to cap your base, or
kill you. It's not to help you win if it looks like the match is
lost. They will do that via whatever means possible. So what they
drowned and denied you a kill? If you actually looked at the
numbers you will have more matches where you lose out on potential
damage/kills due to team mates capping a base, than due to an enemy
tank drowning themselves in the closing stages of the fight.
The enemy team are not your team mates. They're not there to "help
you" farm damage/kills or make it easy for you.
