Ectar: I left Wargaming in June 2016 I'm afraid. The last thing I
heard then was a mix of "It's complicated" and
then "It's not a high priority/there isn't enough demand or
expected demand". I reckon you have as much chance of seeing
the Saltire at this stage as you do the Chieftain to be
honest. Oh and the colour is wrong, it should be a lighter
blue (Pantone 300 specifically)
