fair. It's not intended to be commonly available to anyone for
little effort. Heck even for the Clan Wars players it's not a
walk in the park. Not everything in a game is intended to be
commonly available for anyone and everyone. Some things are behind
skill walls, some behind timed gates, some require intense solo
play and others require group play. There is something to
cater to different types of players. - If you make "rare" content
commonly available, it's no longer rare, it's no longer special and
no one looks forward to it or uses it.
