Why WG let this kind of players TEST something!?

Ectar: Hello,   Accounts with this name ranging from 1 to 60 are demo accounts given to contributors for testing the Sentinel and making content for it. Will make sure that all contributors are aware in future they are not to be used to play about on other tanks as that is not their intended purpose.
