WAR GAMING WAKE UP

Ectar:   If an individual player has account issues, they need to contact our customer support team who will deal with them.  Making multiple tickets on someone else's behalf doesn't help anyone and all that does is add to the queue time for everyone else.  Every player is responsible for protecting their own account and if someone is hacked, then they need to be able to verify ownership of the account.  The method that someone has used to gain access to accounts is unfortunate and out of order, however Wargaming.net has zero control over what programs you install on your computer, especially if something is pretending to be an update for system such as teamspeak.   We will always do what we can to unite players back with lost account and restore lost vehicles due to a hack whenever possible. Topics like this however don't help anyone and as someone has already pointed out, the customer support team don't browse the forums looking for issues. If a friend of yours has been hacked, they need to wait for us to reply. That is not an open discussion we're going to have with the account holder and his friends/clan mates.   I'm closing this thread now as it's not constructive, is nothing more than a bump for another thread, and finally individual account details are not something we're going to discuss on a public forum.   - Ectar
