Ectar:   Understandable, but take for example the Steam Christmas Sales or Summer sales (or if you're a UK player - Boxing Day Sales).  You never quite know in advance what will be discounted and how much by each time. So you have to decide do I really want XYZ or if ABC comes up will I go for that?  Whilst from a consumer point of view (and I can totally get that) you want to make the decision in advance so your budget is "locked in", as a retailer you've effectively kill off any potential for impulse buying. "I don't really need that, but it's a good offer, so I'll get it".    If you're a player with not a lot to spend I can only suggest focusing on one or 2 tanks and if they come up, go for it. I can't provide any more details about what may come up, but I can say there will be no repeat offers and the full festive period bonuses haven't yet been announced.
