Ectar:   To get a Alpha reward tank, you had to be in the Alpha To get a Beta reward tank, you had to be in the Beta To get a Pre-order tank, you had to have pre-ordered the game when available.   I really can't present it a different way that is more understandable. They were vehicles on offer for a limited time period and that time has now passed.  If you missed out that was unfortunate but those tanks were created for a specific reason/event which has been and gone.  I understand you want something rare that other players may have, but you're not eligible for that content, which is why it's not available to you.
