Is it just me or do you get ammorack exploded a lot more from full HP?

Ectar:   Your HP doesn't affect your chance to be ammo racked. It's more likely that because when you're ammo racked it's much more obvious (scrolling damage, turret flying off) it's more noticeable and you remember those events.
