Should I use mods?

Maybe lucky blind shot, maybe spotted by 50 m rules (but six sense?), maybe slow internet (TELIA 21mb/internet, but packet loss? another battle my b-c just went out of my any control and suicide drives into enemies). I got disconnected from server at least 1 battle out of 15, every day. Sometimes my tank not driving, but jumping. Or maybe too many help mods around, in high tier battles? I had never used any of modes. Should I ? Cause now my performance are pathetic just in fast tanks. Or is it my internet too slow to fast tanks?
