Who to address? ("chain of command")

TankMilitia, on 18 November 2015 - 09:13 AM, said: I have a rather personal issue with one of the forum moderators,
that I would like to close, but he went AWOL (at least to my eyes),
not responding to personal messages for almost a week. Since
he's/she's "unavailable", I would like to know who's in charge of
forum moderation, the whole chain of command here, up to the top, I
guess that would be a good thing for all of us to know. The timing
is right, I post this at normal office work hours, not in weekends,
where's better/ greater view from the forumers, but no/ almost no
forum staff. I expect a fair and complete answer from one of
WG/ forum staff. Tank you.Ectar: Forum rules - http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/forum-35/announcement-124-forum-rules/
