Warships Halloween special announced yesterday, Tanks when?

Ectar:   In all fairness you're moving the goal posts here.  You said "Btw. announcement about weekend special are often announced after special event start"  and now you're changing it to the Czech specific page. When the news article is live on the EN section, it's live for all supported languages.  The details should always be up the day before it starts. If there has been delays specifically for the Czech team recently I can only apologize for that and will pass on the details to our content team to find out if there is any issues.  

Ectar:   It's used as a theme for the weekend event. Just like the World Cup Finals was used as a theme, the D-Day landings is a theme, the end of WWII is a theme. Some weekends have historically associated dates, some weekend have associated festive holidays which can be used for a theme and sometimes there isn't any theme other than what the staff make up (such as Winter is Coming  or Germany winning the World Cup).  I can understand you may not want a Halloween themed weekend special but then this thread is created because someone else is expecting one.  It's never easy to appeal to everyone when they all generally want different things weekend to weekend based on their personal circumstances.
