Ectar: Reporting issues with customer support on the forums, won't do anything to resolve your issue.  Much like reporting forums issues to customer support, won't resolve your forum issue.  Furthermore this is the English speaking section of the forums, so posting a German support ticket is something that a vast majority of the forum, can't read.   Thread closed for the following reasons:   2.
