EFE - Why are they still allowed?

Ectar: Yeah this thread isn't going to continue.    If you see someone breaking the rules in-game, report it.  If you're looking at screenshots of something from a blog article over 6 months ago that doesn't show when the screenshots were taken (or shows what happens as a result of those screenshots being reported to Wargaming), I'd advise you to chill out. The last time a clan or certain players were in the spotlight like this, I did my own investigating and the screenshot quotes happened months before they were posts online and the players had already been sanctioned by Wargaming. One player in fact was already perma chat banned. We'll aways take action against rule breakers provided they are reported to us.    - Ectar
