Public Test of Changes in the Penetration Mechanics

Ectar: Hi guys,   I know that the proposed changes on the test server are something which is a big change. I'd like to ask players to please direct their feedback into this section - http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/forum/2538-public-test-penetration-mechanics/   Now I'd like to ask for some help from you all.  Please bookmark/link to this comment as a reference point because what I'm going to say below is pretty important.   This is a test. It's not regular test (like update 9.1 or something). It's something we are thinking about doing to the game, and to help gather information/stats/points of views, we're asking our players for feedback. We're not saying "This is the next patch" we're saying "Hey guys, give us your feedback about this". We're directly asking you what you think about a potential change to the game before it happens (or doesn't happen). There is no timeline stated as to when these changes may be added to the game.    We knew this would be something that would be a hot topic and we did not want to make any changes at this scale without also first getting player feedback on the topic. I can understand that a lot of players are worried about more usage of gold ammo and I can assure you that's already been passed up the chain. It's a common topic raised on both the EU and the RU forums for sure.    Again, it's a test, it's not set in stone.  Please if you take anything from this, understand that the reason for this test is specifically to gather feedback and I greatly encourage you all to share your views in the dedicated thread where we will make sure it's passed on to the relevant people.
