Ectar:     - I think you need to contact our customer support team if you feel you've been penalised in error.      There is no point in getting angry at players on the forums reacting to you being banned. Especially when you're basically saying "They got the category wrong, I should be chat banned for being an abusive player" . and showing zero remorse. The forum is reacting to you harshly because they have no sympathy for someone who is admitting to being a rule breaker and being the type of player that frustrates them.    How to avoid that reaction?  You raise your issue with customer support, not the forums (especially when you're pointing out to everyone you're a toxic player).   Topic closed as this isn't a forum issue and is quikcly going off topic with people trading insults. - Ectar
