the RU region premium shop or in-game shop and I can answer you
that. It's only been sold in the RU region as part of a
special edition retail package. There is no short to medium terms
plans for that tank to ever be sold in-game or via the premium
store. Long terms plans I can't really say because things can
easily change over the course of a year.
