Premium tank restoration & reimbursement policy *updated 02/10/2014*

Ectar: Greetings players, On the 5th of May 2013 we announced to
players our policy regarding a one time only restoration for
Premium vehicles. Since that time we have been monitoring the
requests for restorations and timescales involved regarding when
vehicles were sold in error/rage/by a rogue family
member/friend/pet walking on the keyboard. As a result of
this please note a very important change to this policy below:
! A restoration is only possible if the sale of the tank in
question happened within the last two months.
How to request a premium vehicle restoration: Contact our
support team here - https://support.worldoftanks.eu/ In your
ticket state the name of the tank you wish to have restored and
rough estimate of when the tank was sold. Make sure you have a free
garage slot and the amount of credits you gained for selling the
tank available on your account which will be removed. (For example
when you sold your Type 59, you got 1,500,000 credits. These
credits will be removed from your account when the tank is
restored.) Please note this service is only available for premium
tanks, NOT tanks purchased in-game normally with credits.
How to request a refund of a
premium tank purchased in error: Contact our support team here
- https://support.worldoftanks.eu/ In your
ticket state the name of the tank you wish to have refunded and
when you purchased it. *Important* If you have played on the tank
and decided you don't like it, this does not qualify for a refund.
This is not a try before you buy service.
This service is only really for players who contact us immediately after they make the mistake. Not weeks/months later (unless the tank has never been played). Please note this service is only available for premium tanks, NOT tanks purchased in-game normally with credits. Whilst we appreciate that some players may feel that the timescale changes to the policy may seem unfair, checking through the history of restoration requests show that a very very small percentage of players would be affected by this. The security of your account and the decision to delete a vehicle is ultimately your responsibility as the account holder. To sell a tank, plane or any other vehicle in our games, there is multiple confirmation checks. We understand how inconvenient these situations can be and are always working to provide you with the best service possible. ! It is important to note that this is a one-time only restoration for Premium tanks or planes. This means if you have sold a premium vehicle by mistake, it can be restored only once. If you have sold multiple premium vehicles, both in WoT and WoWp only one of these can be restored. This does not apply for WoT: Blitz nor WoT: Xbox 360 Edition, as these two games have their own one-time “limits”.
