Twitch just killed WoT streams.

Ectar: It's a tad bit frustrating. It basically means you're still ok to
do livestreams with music in the background, but if you make
highlights or VOD's with the livestream material, it's likely to be
muted due to the music. If you still want to host World of Tanks
highlights and past broadcasts on Twitch without interruption, then
you'll need to make sure any background music from sources like
Youtube, Spotify, Groveshark, Itunes etc etc is muted and not
playing. Only the in game sounds and music would be ok directly
from the World of Tanks client. Twitch is also changing how
it's VOD's are stored since the majority of them never get any
plays past a certain date. Regular streamers who are not a partner
or Turbo will only see their VOD's last 14 days. For Partners
and Turbo users it's 60 days. Highlights will still be
around forever but they're limited to 2 hours in length. In a
way it's like Twitch is trying to move away from VOD storage on
their channels. It's a bit sad that many funny and entertaining
highlights will be muted as a result of this but meh, I can see
both sides of discussion. Something like this was always going to
happen. I guess It will possibly result in more streamers
setting up their own websites to host their past broadcasts etc.
