How to block users from advertising twitch ?

Ectar:     Why watch various different sports if you could be out there playing them, or at the event in person to watch them? "Because I can't play XXX due to XXX reason"  is usually the most common answer.   Well then perhaps people can't play XXX game at a certain level due to XXX reason so they're watching the streams and videos for advice and tips?  If it's like me I usually have a stream up when working or when doing something else like tidying my apartment, reading a book, working on stuff from home etc etc.
