British vehicle changes

Ectar:   I've been farming damage and exp in it today so I have to disagree with your there. The RoF buff with an already excellent agility and gun depression makes it a pretty sweet support tank.  Sure it doesn't have the speed of other mediums and it may not have the armour (only the E50-M has decent enough armour), but it can lay out quite a serious amount of damage now. It's almost a full second quicker at shooting.
