Special: Run with the Wolves

Ectar:   The repair kits are there because we have certain limits on what we can rewards players with with regards to the values.  We reward repair kits so players can either choose to use them or sell them. If you got the straight up credit value, you wouldn't be able to purchase 2 repair kits.
