[9.2] Wt auf E100 is nerfed. Or buffed?

Ectar: I'd recommend waiting until the test server is up before jumping to conclusions. Even then nothing is final until the 9.2 patch notes are signed off and a release date is set.  If there is any changes to be come the best place to leave feedback will be on the test server feedback section.
