By not doing anything although you're obliged to you're making yourselves look like supporters (and you in fact are indirect supporters since you tolerate it).         PS: The fact this game is centered around WW2 and post-war tanks makes it even worse, because racism should be an even more sensible topic and punished with no mercy, yet WG does nothing.
