Tier 10 mediums what are they doing?

Ectar: Tanks like the Batchat and T69 etc are opportunists. They are at their best when the battle has developed and they can pop out or swoop down, unload a clip and then reload in safety. As a sniper they're ok medium range but teribad at long range and shouldn't really be used that way.  They are best used when their clips are unloaded and all the shots count.
