The Netherlands usually comes in that top 10 or is just outside it.   There is actually a surprizing very high amount of players logging in and playing from the Netherlands which is why we recently added a Dutch subsection to our forums.   We're always tracking the visits to our portal & forums carefully along with the login information on our forums to see where people are playing and visiting from.
